What a great company!… Erica & Riley were our service techs. They first put down tarps to keep flooring clean, and kept everything clean during and after the install/ cleaning of fireplace. Riley did a beautiful job on the New install of our gas fireplace and was extremely thorough in making sure that there were no Gas leaks… Eric also came through to double check and I must say I was so relieved in knowing that these two guys cared enough for our family’s safety as well as the companies reputation. OUTSTANDING!!… These two guys also took the time to explain every safety feature this thing had, also bringing us a peace of mind. — Erica had also serviced our other gas fireplace downstairs, he found a separation in the exhaust vent and added another 1 1/2 in to the metal tube, he basically RECONSTRUCTED the whole exhaust unit and resealed it with the correct caulk that could be used in high heat. He also noticed a little rust starting on the interior walls and said he could seal it with special black paint made for high temperatures as well. I liked that he had shown us pictures of every detailed thing he was going through, even physically showing us all the things that were going wrong with our basement fireplace. Eric made it functioning even better than before and now it even looks prettier! ? I know these two guys did a lot more for us, but I wanted you to know certain things that stuck out and meant alot to us.— It’s almost Christmas and I hope these two deserving men get a “BONUS”, they definitely deserve it!!… THANK YOU AGAIN!

Very good work and not afraid of getting sweaty! On time and very easy to work with. They get the job done. I would suggest to anyone who needs a chimney quote for any type of service to their chimney.

I called the end of February to schedule a Sweep and Inspection for the end of April. The receptionist I spoke to was very friendly and asked detailed questions. She then went on to inform me that it is recommended that a Sweep and Inspection be performed once a year. I was unaware of that. The day before my appointment, I received a confirmation call , to confirm my appointment for the following day. The Techs called me the day of when they were on their way. Which was greatly appreciated. Due to the fact I had not had my Chimney swept and inspected, the service performed took a good couple hours. Both techs walked me through every step of the process and had my estimate done by the end of the week. I was very pleased to hear that they are fully insured, licensed and the techs are certified. I later learned they are also a full restoration company. I will be calling them for my all my fireplace/chimney issues in the future.
